The best part, though, MyMedicare.gov, is that by setting up a personal account, you can access personalized information about YOUR Medicare benefits and services.
After you sign in, you can fill out the Initial Enrollment Questionnaire (IEQ), view claims information, get quality information about your providers, and more.

order Duplicate Medicare Summary Notices (MSNs)
access quality information about your providers
sign up to get your Medicare Summary Notices (MSNs) electronically
change your name and/or address on your Medicare card

Users of MyMedicare.gov can view their plan enrollment and quality information for their Prescription Drug, Medicare Advantage, and other insurance plans.
